Terms of Service

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance

2.1. These Terms are a public offer by the Administration to grant the right to use the Service on the terms set out here. By using the Service, including signing in, creating a trip, booking a seat or sending a message, the User fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.2. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

2.3. Only persons aged 18 or over may use the Service. By registering, the User confirms their age and legal capacity. The Administration is not obliged to verify this.

2.4. The Service is free of charge. The Administration may introduce paid features in the future; their terms will be communicated before any payment.

2.5. These Terms are the same for Users in all countries. Translations of these Terms into other languages are provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy between translations, the Russian text prevails.

3. What the Service is and is not

3.1. The Service is an information platform: it lets users post and find shared-trip listings, contact other Users and leave reviews.

3.2. The Administration is not a carrier, charter operator, taxi dispatcher, agent, intermediary, trip organiser, employer or representative of Drivers and Passengers. The Administration is not a party to arrangements between Users, does not provide transport services and is not responsible for their performance.

3.3. The Administration does not accept or transfer money for Trips. All payments are made directly between Users at their own risk.

3.4. The Administration does not verify or guarantee: the identity of Users (except where expressly stated in the Service), that the Driver is licensed to drive, the condition, ownership and insurance of the vehicle, the accuracy of listings, reviews and other Content, or that a Trip will take place.

3.5. Trust badges, ratings and reviews are reference information based on Users' data. The "documents verified" badge only means that document photos were shown to a moderator and raised no obvious doubts at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of a User's identity, reliability or lawfulness.

4. Shared trips: rules for everyone

4.1. The Service is intended only for non-commercial shared trips: the Driver travels for their own purposes and offers free seats, and Passengers only partially reimburse their costs of the Trip (fuel, toll roads). Making a profit from Trips or providing taxi or other paid transport services through the Service is prohibited. Users bear full responsibility for complying with laws on transport, taxi services and taxes.

4.2. Each User decides independently whether to travel with another User and assesses the risks themselves. Before a Trip we recommend checking the Driver's and vehicle details, agreeing on the meeting point, luggage and payment, and telling someone close about the route.

The Driver undertakes to

The Passenger undertakes to

5. Users' liability

5.1. The Trip participants bear all responsibility for the Trip. Users are solely and fully responsible for their actions and omissions, for the Trip and its consequences, for harm to life, health and property (their own and others'), for compliance with the law, for payments between them and for the accuracy of the information they post.

5.2. The Driver is liable for harm caused by the use of the vehicle as provided by law. All disputes, claims and demands related to a Trip (including harm, delay, cancellation, non-payment, damage to or loss of belongings, quality of the Trip) are resolved by Users between themselves, without the Administration.

5.3. The User is responsible for everything done from their account and keeps access to their phone and email secure. Actions performed from the account are deemed to be performed by the User.

5.4. The User undertakes, at their own expense, to settle claims of third parties and authorities brought against the Administration in connection with their Trips, Content or breach of these Terms, and to compensate the Administration for resulting losses, fines and legal costs.

6. Limitation of the Administration's liability

6.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Administration does not guarantee that the Service will work without interruption or errors, at a particular speed, or meet the User's expectations, that the User will find a travel companion or that a Trip will take place.

6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Administration is not liable for:

6.3. If the Administration is nevertheless found liable, its liability is limited to actual damage, but not more than an amount equal to 1 000 (one thousand) Russian roubles, since the Service is provided free of charge.

6.4. The limitations of section 6 do not apply where the law expressly prohibits limiting liability (including for intentional breach); in such cases the Administration is liable within the limits set by law. If mandatory rules of the law of the country where the User lives give them, as a consumer, rights that cannot be waived by agreement, these Terms do not limit those rights; the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in force.

7. Users' Content

7.1. The User warrants that they hold the rights to the Content they post and that it does not violate the law or the rights of third parties (including rights to image, honour, dignity, business reputation, personal data).

7.2. By posting Content, the User grants the Administration, free of charge, a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use it in any way necessary to operate, improve and promote the Service (storage, reproduction, display, translation, processing, including automated), for the entire term of the exclusive right, worldwide, with the right to pass these rights to the Administration's contractors. The licence survives account deletion for Content already shown to other Users (reviews, chat messages).

7.3. Reviews must reflect personal experience of a Trip. The Administration is not obliged to remove truthful negative reviews and is not their author.

8. What is prohibited

9. Moderation, restrictions and blocking

9.1. The Administration may, but is not obliged to, review Content. Review may be automated, including with neural networks, and performed by people.

9.2. The Administration may, at its sole discretion and without giving reasons: remove or hide Content, reject documents, restrict features, suspend or block an account, including on suspicion of a breach of these Terms, on complaints from other Users or at the request of authorities. The User may appeal a decision by writing to support; the final decision is made by the Administration.

9.3. The User may delete their account at any time in the profile. The consequences of deletion are described in the Service and in the Privacy Policy.

9.4. The Administration may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time.

10. Requests from public authorities

10.1. The Administration may disclose information about a User, their account, Trips and Content to public authorities and regulators of any country upon their official request made in accordance with the law of the country requesting the information, to the extent necessary to fulfil the request.

10.2. The Administration may verify the authority's powers and the procedure by which the request was made, and may refuse to fulfil a request that does not meet these requirements. The Administration may choose not to notify the User of the request.

10.3. For regulators and other public authorities: please send official requests to support@beeptrip.net.

11. Notifications and contact

11.1. The User agrees to receive service messages from the Service: confirmation codes, notifications about Trips, requests, messages, calls and changes to these Terms — by push, in the Service, by email and SMS. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent.

11.2. Contact the Administration via "Support" in the Service or at support@beeptrip.net.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Administration may change these Terms unilaterally. A new version takes effect upon publication at https://beeptrip.net/terms unless stated otherwise. By continuing to use the Service after publication, the User accepts the new version. Where possible, the Administration announces material changes in the Service in advance.

13. Disputes

13.1. Before going to court, the User sends a claim to the Administration via "Support" or to support@beeptrip.net; the response time is 30 days.

13.2. If a dispute cannot be settled by the claim, it is heard by the court at the Administration's location, unless the law (including consumer protection law) entitles the User to choose another court.

13.3. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
